Your order will be sent out to you within 7 working days. Once you have ordered an item, an email will be sent to you confirming the order and the expected delivery date. The order will be dispatched once payment has been approved.

Within the UK we use Special Delivery Royal Mail (next day delivery) £5

For Overseas orders we use International Signed for Delivery Royal Mail (4-7 days) £9

Orders can be delivered to either a business or a residential address, and all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, a note should be left by your postman to indicate the attempted delivery. Lucy Loves Me cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance, but we will send you your tracking reference as soon as the order is shipped so you can track your order with Royal Mail.
Overseas deliveries orders will be sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For service; if you request a priority service, orders can be shipped using the FedEx International Priority Service which will require a signature on delivery. The customer will be responsible for all import taxes and duties where these apply.
