Lucy Loves Me is happy to repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear within 28 days from the date of purchase. This repair will be free of charge on the condition that the item has not been subjected to abnormal or severe use.

If the item is sent back after the 28 day policy, we will be happy to repair the item for a reasonable service charge.
