We hope you will be happy with your Lucy Loves Me Jewellery. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase an exchange can be provided within 21 days of delivery. Please return the new and unused goods to us in the original packaging and let us know as soon as possible by emailing returns@lucylovesme.co.uk with the reference number you received when placing the order and also your reason for the return.

We recommend using a registered service as Lucy Loves Me can not take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
If your purchase is received by us in a condition we feel is not fit for exchange we will get in touch with you to find a solution. Lucy Loves Me reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. If an item is faulty upon arrival please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order.
